Suggested Routine Frequency & Tips
• Twice daily use (AM + PM) is typical, unless your skin is extremely sensitive.
• Patch test: Because of fragrance and herbal extracts, test on a small area (behind ear or jawline) for 2–3 nights to check for sensitivity.
• Adjust by season / skin state: In humid, warm weather or for oily skin, you might skip or minimize the richer cream steps. In dry or cold seasons, you might layer more emollients.
• If you ever feel “stickiness” after applying ,allow additional time for absorption, or reduce amount used.
• Fragrance sensitivity: If your skin is prone to irritation from scent, you may want to use this essence only at night or occasionally, or mix with a low‑fragrance serum.
